House rules

During the AgroChallenge 2025 we are guests at Boerhaarshoeve. We agreed on the following house rules:

General

The house rules are based on normal behaviour, that does not cause damage or inconvenience to or for others. However, in the event of non-compliance or violation of the house rules, we reserve the right to deny one or more persons access to the building and grounds.

- Please deposit waste in the designated containers and waste bins.

- The night's rest applies from 23:00 to 7:00 on the premises and in the buildings. This means that the tenant/group is not a nuisance to others.

- Alcohol consumption that leads to public drunkenness and unpredictable behaviour, discrimination, threats and/or violence is prohibited and this will be reported immediately to the police.

- Vandalism, loss or serious pollution will be charged

- For everyone's safety, our accommodation is equipped with a fire alarm system with a notification to the local fire brigade. This system reacts to smoke, temperature and flammable gases such as excess use of deodorant. A reset of the system after it has gone off without necessity costs € 150.

- The managers of the Boerhaarshoeve always have access to the accommodation.
