The AgroChallenge encourages young people from agricultural VET schools across Europe to excel in their field.

The competition components are designed in such a way that the participants learn from them.

Upon arrival at a competition location, there is always a short introduction about innovations and developments in the field of sustainability in the sector. The exchange of ideas and experiences takes place between the competition parts and during the evening programs In addition, the social and cultural aspect is just as important.

The program offers sufficient time and  space for intercultural exchange. Participating is more important than winning! As Green Vocational Education, we want to show that we are engaged in appealing, challenging and innovative topics in our agricultural training courses. The students are proud of their school and education and are keen to show this. They are also proud of their skills and craftsmanship. This allows them to inspire others to also choose a green profession. It is important for the agricultural sector to get positive news coverage and to be associated with motivated young people, who show their enthusiasm for their profession in a sporty way.
